At 8th State Hot Yoga + Fitness, we offer a variety of class styles to suit every individuals’ needs, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, all hot yoga students are welcome here!

CLASS STYLES

26+2

Heated to 105°

Work 100% of your body from the inside out with Bikram Yoga, the original hot yoga series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Our focus is to build strength and stamina, improve flexibility and balance, heal old injuries and prevent new ones, destress and detox your body so you leave feeling energized for the rest of your life!

FLOW

Heated to 95°

Create strength, fluidity and freedom in your body as we move with our breath from one pose to the next to music. Each unique class helps improve the mind-body connection and increase flexibility.

UNWIND

Heated to 90°

The perfect way to begin your hot yoga journey! This practice is very gentle and focuses on deep stretching with long holds primarily seated or lying down. With a backdrop of soft music, this class will help you melt into a state of relaxation and increase your flexibility. 

SCULPT

Heated to 90°

This 45-minute workout is the perfect combination of bootcamp and flow. This high energy class will help you improve your strength and cardio, utilizing weights and resistance bands.
