Fine-tune your practice by expanding your knowledge and understanding of our Classic (Bikram) Class. If you’re new to hot yoga, this is a great opportunity to build a solid foundation.
We’ll review the benefits and proper alignment of poses that we practice in our Classic class. This is a great opportunity to get one-on-one attention, feedback, adjustments and tips to help you strengthen your practice.
This will be an open-dialogue class with discussion, physical practice, breath work and meditation/ relaxation where questions are encouraged and welcome throughout class.
No previous yoga experience or flexibility is required!

Ready to build a strong foundation for your yoga practice? Whether you’re an experienced yogi seeking stronger alignment or brand new to yoga and looking for a strong start, our Flow Foundations workshop is perfect for you!
This workshop will provide you with a solid foundation for a healthy and confident yoga practice. You will learn safe alignment for the most common yoga poses, how to breathe effectively during your yoga practice, how to modify poses to suit your body and how to transition safely in and out of poses.
This will be an open-dialogue class with discussion, physical practice, breath work and meditation/ relaxation where questions are encouraged and welcome throughout class.
No previous yoga experience or flexibility is required!
